Paula Trumbo, age 64, of Malvern, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs. She was born on November 22, 1961, in Reedley, CA, to the late William Franklin Sr. and Genice (Greenwood) Gilson. She worked as a laborer in construction. She enjoyed crafting and was an animal lover, especially horses and dogs. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her sister, Theresa Lynn Gilson Hobbs; and brother, William Franklin Gilson, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Trumbo; children, Kenneth Giesbrecht (Brandi) of Benton, Brandalin Arr (David) of Malvern, and Brent Trumbo (Heather) of Malvern; grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Maci, Emma, Connor, Wyatt, Megan, Kailah, Jacob, Cody, and Samuel; great-grandchildren, Waylon, Tinlee, Bridger, Lonnie, and Kennedy; cousin, Natalie Mendoza of Malvern, and a host of friends and cousins left to cherish her memory.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, September 25, at 10:30 AM, at Rest Haven Cemetery with Bro. Kevin Hunt officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM prior to service at Regency Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be; Wyatt, David, Brent, Kenny, Michael Trumbo, and Caleb.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Samuel Brown, Cody Giesbrecht, Jacob Giesbrecht, and Michael Lane Trumbo.

The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Genesis Cancer Center, Dr. Webb, and the MNB Family.
