Phyllis E. Williams, age 73, of Malvern, AR, passed away in her home on September 26, 2023. Phyllis was born on October 25, 1949, in Little Rock, AR, the daughter of James Bert and Ona Leoma Atterbury Rockwell. Phyllis enjoyed sewing, hosting tea parties with her daughters and grandchildren, loved birds, taking photos, history, and genealogy. She was known by many as a prayer warrior. She was also a member of Donaldson Missionary Baptist Church, where she was involved with the mission board.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ona Leoma Rockwell; husband, Richard D. Williams; and sister Mary Lyn Lee.

Left to cherish in her memory, her daughters, Dana Leanne Collins (Robert), Elaine Nicole Wallace (James) all of Malvern, Misty Lea Hixon (Chris) of Brown Springs, brother, Richard Rockwell (Sheri) of Damascus, AR, sisters, Joan Sample of Cabot, Susan Wiggington (Darryl) of England, Grandchildren, Jonathon Y. Collins (Katelyn), Emily Wallace, Laney Wallace, Savannah Collins (Denton), Megan Johnson (Colton), Hannah Winfield (Zack), Alexis Norman (Mason), and Will Hixon, great-grandchildren, Rhett Spradlin, Cooper Collins, Audrey Brown, Karleigh Brown, Ryker Morrissey, Payzlie Smith, Timber Y. Collins, Denton Parker Voss Jr., Luke Norman, Piper Johnson, Everlee Winfield, BryLynn Collins, Easton Johnson, Brooks Norman, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday September 29, beginning at 1:00 PM at Donaldson Missionary Baptist Church with Funeral services to be held at 2:00 PM with Brother Keith Rowton officiating. Burial will be in Damascus Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Robert Collins, James Wallace, Chris Hixon, Chris Elliott, Will Hixon, and Jonathon Collins.

Honorary Pallbearers are Denton Voss, Colton Johnson, Mason Norman, and Zack Winfield.
