Rebecca "Becky" Ann Hulsey, age 43, of Hot Springs, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025. She was born on March 3, 1982, in Hot Springs, AR, the daughter of Teresa Ann Hulsey. She enjoyed fishing, and loved animals and music.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd and Opal Hulsey, and Stella Keene.

Left to cherish her memory, parents, Jerald and Teresa Keene of Gifford; brother, Travis Keene (Stacey) of Lonsdale; sister, Amy Batta (Charlie) of Traskwood; and several aunts and uncles.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, Sept. 15th at 10am at Oak Hill Cemetery, with Bro. Josh Bazyk officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jerald Keene, Travis Keene, Joshua Freeman, Jeremy Freeman, Rodney Moore and Joey Moore.
