Richard "Buddy" Harper Jr., age 57, of Malvern, AR, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024, in his home. He was born on December 9, 1966 in Malvern, the son of Richard E. Sr. and Georgia Ann Hilton Harper. Richard was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and arrowhead hunting.

Richard is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Ann Hilton Haper.

Left to cherish his memory father, Richard E. Harper Sr.; son, Kyle Harper; and grandchild, Charlotte Harper.
