Rodney Earl Tyson, age 62, of Malvern completed his earthly journey on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at his home.  He was born November 6, 1958, in Little Rock, the son of Alfred James and Cora Lee Danner Tyson.   He served in the United States Air Force.  Rodney worked as a meter reader for Perla Water.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Derklee and Helen Danner and Roy B. Tyson (Geraldine) and his step-father, Allen Lowe.

Survivors, father, Alfred Tyson of Malvern; mother, Cora Lowe of Irving, TX; brother, Alfred Tyson of Malvern; sisters, Cynthia Tyson Jenkins (Harold) of Irving, TX and Valeria Tyson of Irving; step-sisters, Loretta Lowe Coleman, Jackie Lowe Green, Evelyn Lowe Thrower and Joyce Curry; nephew, Joseph Michael Jenkins of Irving, TX and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Home Going Celebration will be on Saturday, October 9 at 11:00am at Regency Funeral Home with Reverend Harold Jenkins officiating.  Visitation will be held Friday, October 8 from 5:00-7:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Perla Cemetery with military honors.
