Roy Dale
Taylor
Jun 14, 1953 — Mar 13, 2025
Malvern
Roy Dale Taylor, age 71, of Malvern passed away on March 13th, 2025 peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Malvern, AR on June 14th,1953 to the late James and Mildred Taylor.
He worked many years in construction with the Clark family until his health forced him to retire. He loved his job and the many friends that he made. One of his greatest passions was making things go fast. It didn't matter if it was cars, motorcycles, four wheelers or even lawnmowers. He always had to be tinkering with something. His favorite cars were corvettes and he had many over the years. Most of all he was the best friend, father, papaw, uncle or brother that anyone could ever asked for. We've never heard anyone have a negative thing to say about him. He was a God fearing, loyal, and honest man. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He was proceeded in death by the love of his life Rena Taylor, whom he has missed dearly, sister Jimmy Bennings, brothers Donald Taylor, James Junior Taylor, Arthur Taylor, Ricky Taylor and Larry Taylor. Nephews Wayne Taylor and Chucky Fitzugh.
Left to cherish and carry on his memory are his sons Chris Taylor (Kim), Tim Taylor (Crystal), Kevin Dillon (Shannon). Grandchildren Hailee Martinez (Joey),Logan Taylor (Kristen), Ryan Taylor (Molly), Dalton Taylor, Ethan Taylor (Rachel), Zac Hager (Savanna), Doyle Burks (Olivia), Peyton Dillon and Savannah Dillon. Great grandchildren Owen Taylor,Elias Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Lawson Hager. Sister Diane King (Joe), numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 16th, from 2-4pm at Regency Funeral Home Chapel.
The Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 17th, at 10am at Regency Funeral Home, with Bro. Jason Hathcock officiating. Burial to follow at Prairie Bayou Cemetery.
