Sandra Lynn Kemp Jacobs Slinkard, age 78 of Malvern, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024.  She was born in Little Rock on August 24, 1945, to the late Thomas (Tom) Kemp and Eleanore Overbeck Kemp. She grew up attending First Baptist Church in Malvern and remained a faithful Christian throughout her life. A few of her interests were interior decorating, angel figurines, and vintage hats.  No one who knew Sandra will ever forget her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Slinkard, whom she married on July 24, 1987, and her sister, Dinah Kemp Efird (Melvin).

Sandra is survived by her two sons, Tommy Jacobs of Manila, and Keith Jacobs (Michelle) of Malvern; three grandchildren, Dylan Jacobs (Samantha), Joshua Jacobs (Shelby), and Madison Jacobs; five great-grandchildren and counting, and her sister, Brenda Carr (Mike).

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 25th at 1pm, at Regency Funeral Home, with the funeral service starting at 2pm with Bro. Jeff Efird officiating. Burial to follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Tommy Jacobs, Dylan Jacobs, Joshua Jacobs, Kevin Carr, Jeff Efird, and Gary Pye.
