Sharon Wilson, 66, of Malvern passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022. She was born January 27, 1956, in Pine Bluff, the daughter of the late Robert and Lois Needham Dugan. Sharon graduated from Malvern High School in 1974. She retired from Bank OZK, where she was the Branch Manager. Sharon was a former pageant director for several Miss Arkansas preliminaries. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church. Sharon loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert "Bob" Dugan; mother and stepfather, Lois and Clyde Pennington and grandmother, Lottie Needham.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, whom she married on June 20, 1975, Rick Wilson; daughters, Leslie Wilson Crutchfield (Michael) of Malvern and Lori Wilson Crowder (Caleb) of Malvern; bonus daughter, D'ann Weatherford (Shane) and bonus grandson, Tyler Weatherford; sister, Marsha Petty (Doug) of Texarkana, AR; grandchildren, Carson Crutchfield, Brynlee Crutchfield, Blakely Crowder and Harper Grace Crowder and nieces and nephews, Phillip and Allyson Petty of Hot Springs and Anna and Brendan Bosmans of Baltimore, Maryland.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 13 from 6:00-8:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.
Services will be held on Wednesday, September 14 at 10:00am at First Assembly of God Church with Brother Jimmy Bobo and Brother Larry Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Smalling, Danny Hobbs, Blake Wingo, Donald Hill, Allen Pulley and Jim Homan.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Dylan Thaxton and staff, Encore Rehab staff, Arkansas Hospice and CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs.
