T.W. Smith, 39, of Malvern passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at his home.  He was born October 25, 1982, in Benton, the son of Tommy Ray Smith and Susan Young Holmes.  T.W. is preceded in death by his father, Tommy Ray Smith; grandmother, Dee Young and grandfather, Thomas W. Smith.

Survivors, mother, Susan Holmes; wife, whom he married on October 2, 2010, Ashley Moore Smith; son, Haedyn Smith; daughter, Meia Moore; sister, Courtney Hall (Josh); grandmother, Lorine Smith; grandfather, Reece Young and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
