Tom "Spot" Paine, age 77, of Malvern, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026 in Hot Springs.  He was born August 21, 1948 in Pocahontas, AR to the late Alvin and Mary Agnes (Manis) Paine.  He worked at Pactiv as a production supervisor for over 40 years.  He attended North Malvern Assembly of God Church.  He loved to spend time reading and making jewelry.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Glenn Paine; and grandchildren, Cole Thomas and Riley Mae Paine.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Deena (Douskurt) Paine; son, Luke Paine (Krissa) of Tolar, TX; brothers, James Paine (Teresa) of White Hall, and Leo Paine of Malvern; grandchildren, Madison Paine Phelps (Evan), Zack Paine (Hannah), Alyssa Paine, Khloe Paine, and Logan Paine; six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and special cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 29, at 5:00 PM at North Malvern Assembly of God Church with Bro. Tony Burrow and Bro. Keith Pennington officiating.
