Tonya Phillips age 71, of Norman, Arkansas formerly of Malvern, passed away Monday June 19, 2023, at NPMC. She was born February 5, 1952, in Malvern, the daughter of Ralph B. and Beatrice Brownfield Bowman. Tonya worked for Reynolds Rolling Mill for thirty years and was a member Reyburn Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters, Earline Byers and Tanga Evans.

Survivors are her husband of 51 years, Jerry Phillips, son, Michael Phillips both of Norman, daughter, Michelle Phillips-Dame of Benton, brothers, Roger Bowman of Alexander, David Bowman of Malvern, sister, Louise Ramsey of Traskwood, grandchildren, Alex Dame and Noah Kappert and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday June 22, from 6PM until 8PM at Regency.

Funeral Services will be Friday June 23, at 2PM in the Regency Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Todd Bray officiating. Burial will follow in Rockport Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will Alex Dame, Noah Kappert, Jimmy Evans, David Lott, Dakota Ramsey, and Jacob Ramsey.
