Virginia Ann Priebe, age 92, of Poyen, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday November 29, 2025.  She was born December 28, 1932 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late Rufus and Hassi (Williams) Southerland.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed all kinds of art including drawing and painting.  She attended Poyen Missionary Baptist Church and was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Gene Priebe; son, Russell Dean Priebe; brother, Noble Southerland; and sisters, Emogene Ballard and Sharon Horton.

She is survived by her sons Robert (Bobby) Priebe of Poyen and John Priebe (Carla) of Poyen; grandchildren, Jesse, Jace, Carson, and Brylea; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday December 4, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Regency Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Friday December 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Poyen Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bradly McCool officiating.

Burial will follow at Big Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mike Holliman, Jace Priebe, Fred Southerland, Carson Priebe, Truman Fite, and Jerry Burrow.
